**Terms and Conditions for Afro Summer Club**

1. **Ticket Policy:**

1.1. By entering or purchasing a ticket to our event, these terms and conditions will be applied without doubt.

1.2. Tickets are personal and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.

1.3. Refunds for tickets are only possible according to the refund policy stated at the time of purchase.

1.4. Afro Summer Club is a part of AfroCruise.eu, AfroBeats International, Amapiano Worldwide, Vibranium Events & Oase Agency.

1.5. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to the event or to remove a person from the event without refund if their behavior is deemed inappropriate.

2. **Rights regarding Photos and Videos:**

2.1. During Afro Summer Club, photos and videos may be taken by the organizer or designated photographers/videographers.

2.2. By participating in the event, the participant agrees that all photos and videos taken of them during the event are the property of AfroCruise.eu, AfroBeats International, Amapiano Worldwide, Vibranium Events & Oase Agency.

2.3. The organizers have the right to use these photos and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, advertisements, and press releases.

2.4. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should inform the organizer prior to the event.

3. **Liability for Behavior:**

3.1. All participants are fully responsible for their own behavior during Afro Summer Club.

3.2. The organizers are not liable for damage, injury, loss, or theft of property caused by the behavior of a participant during the event.

4. **Swimming Safety:**

4.1. While Afro Summer Club may include swimming activities, swimming is at one's own risk.

4.2. Having a swimming diploma is strongly recommended for participants intending to enter the water during the event.

4.3. The organizers are not responsible for any injury or accident resulting from swimming activities during Afro Summer Club.

5. **Compliance with Staff Authority:**

5.1. All participants are required to follow the instructions of the employees of AfroCruise.eu, AfroBeats International, Amapiano Worldwide, Vibranium Events & Oase Agency at all times.

5.2. Failure to comply with the instructions of the employees may result in removal from the event without refund of the ticket.

6. **Right to Delay:**

6.1. The organizer reserves the right to delay the event if necessary, without giving a reason.

6.2. In the event of a delay, the organizer will always strive to communicate clearly with the participants, to keep them as informed as possible of the situation and any updates.

6.3. Despite possible delays, the organizers will endeavor to resume the event as soon as possible, with minimal disruption to the participants.

7. **Liability for Damage and Misconduct:**

7.1. If the customer causes damage to the property of Afro Summer Club or third parties, the customer is liable for it, even if material and/or personnel of Afro Summer Club are involved.

7.2. If the customer or persons under their authority misbehave during the boat trip, the crew may terminate the boat trip and instruct the customer and involved persons to leave the boat. In this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund of paid amounts.

7.3. The customer or persons under their authority are prohibited from being outside the passenger area or standing on chairs or other furniture during the boat trip, causing them to protrude above the structure of the ship. The skipper is authorized to instruct persons who do not comply with these rules to leave the boat.

8. **Force Majeure and Weather Conditions:**

8.1. If the obligations cannot be fulfilled due to weather conditions or fault of Afro Summer Club, Afro Summer Club will refund the payments received up to that time.
